These two lectures, numbers 5 and 6 in the series, are from the lecture series entitled, Perception of the Soul and of the Spirit, published in German as, Die Erkenntnis der Seele und des Geistes. The first of these lectures is also known as, How to Avoid Psychomatic Illness, and the second as, Keeping Physical Health.
